WARRANTY PROTOCOL

ECH JEWELRY WARRANTY

In addition to the legal consumer warranties that may apply to purchased products and cannot be excluded or modified, ECH JEWELRY provides an additional 24-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty is valid internationally and covers all manufacturing defects. It does not, however, cover normal wear and tear from regular use. The warranty will be void in cases of loss, theft, misuse, negligence, or if any unauthorized repairs are attempted.

To file a warranty claim, please email us at web@echjewelry.com with the following information:

  1. A copy of the purchase invoice.
  2. The original Warranty Certificate.
  3. A detailed description of the defect.
  4. Clear photographs of the defect.
  5. Your contact phone number.

Once we receive your claim, our customer service team will reach out to coordinate the collection of the item.

WARRANTY SOLUTIONS

If your claim is valid within the two-year warranty period, ECH JEWELRY will proceed with one of the following actions:

  • Repair the defective product.
  • Replace the defective product with a new one.
  • Cover the shipping costs associated with the warranty product.

CLAIM EVALUATION PROCESS

Upon receipt of the item, it will undergo a quality control inspection to verify that the defect is due to a manufacturing issue and not the result of misuse, normal wear and tear, negligence, or unauthorized repairs.

AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE

ECH JEWELRY guarantees the authenticity of every product sold through our official website. Each piece is meticulously inspected to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This warranty protocol, along with our general Terms and Conditions, is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising in connection with this document will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, to which both parties agree to submit. This does not affect any rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

Additionally, you can access the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform via this link: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.

FORCE MAJEURE

ECH JEWELRY shall not be held responsible for any delays or failure to comply with its obligations under these Terms and Conditions when such delays or failures result from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to, force majeure events or unforeseeable and unavoidable circumstances.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

If we do not immediately take action in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, it does not imply a waiver of our right to enforce such actions in the future. For example, if we allow product delivery without having received full payment, we retain the right to request payment at a later date.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable by law, such provision will be removed without affecting the validity of the remaining Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ECH JEWELRY reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions when necessary. We recommend reviewing them before placing any online orders.
