Order Modification or Cancellation

Before the shipping process begins, you can modify or cancel your order by contacting our Customer Service team at 931 395 298 or via email at customerservice@echjewelry.com.

Once the order has been dispatched and a tracking number issued, it can no longer be modified or canceled. However, you may return or exchange your online purchase (excluding engraved and/or personalized items) once it has been delivered.

Online Purchase Returns

You can return any ECH JEWELRY item purchased online within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Alternatively, you may exchange your item for another of equal or greater value by contacting our Customer Service at 931 395 298 or via email at customerservice@echjewelry.com within the same 14-day period (excluding engraved and/or personalized items). If the new item has a higher value, you will be required to pay the price difference using the payment methods provided by ECH JEWELRY. We will send you a payment link via email to finalize the transaction.

How to Return an Online Order

To return an online order, please follow these steps:

  1. Ensure your return meets the following conditions:
    • If your ECH JEWELRY item has a security tag, it cannot be returned if the tag has been removed.
    • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration (such as engravings or size adjustments) are not eligible for return.
    • All returns must include the original purchase receipt, authenticity and warranty card, and must be returned in their original packaging.
    • Personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  2. Contact our Customer Service team at 931 395 298 or via email at customerservice@echjewelry.com to request a return. We will send you a complimentary return shipping label via email.
  3. Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging. Place it in a shipping box along with the authenticity card and the purchase receipt. Ensure the box is securely sealed before attaching the return label to the outside.
  4. Please do not ship the item solely in its original packaging; it must be placed in an outer shipping box for discretion and security.
  5. Our Customer Service team will arrange the return shipment with our preferred courier service. We strongly advise against using any other courier, as ECH JEWELRY is not liable for any loss, damage, or delays caused by unauthorized carriers.

Refund Policy

Items purchased online can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

Engraved or personalized items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. For security reasons, we cannot issue a refund to a different credit card.

Refund Processing Time

All returned items are subject to a mandatory quality control inspection. Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the item.

Exchanges, Returns, and Refunds for Gifted Items

If you received an ECH JEWELRY item as a gift, you may exchange or return it by contacting our Customer Service at 931 395 298 or via email at customerservice@echjewelry.com.

For exchanges, you can select another item of equal or greater value. If the new item has a higher value, you will be required to pay the price difference. For returns, we will issue a store credit for future purchases on the official ECH JEWELRY website.

Please note that the gift recipient cannot receive a monetary refund; only the original purchaser is eligible for a refund.
