Online Purchase Returns
You may return any item purchased from ECH Jewelry within 14 calendar days from the delivery date to receive a refund or exchange, in accordance with the right of withdrawal established under Directive 2011/83/EU and the applicable Spanish regulations.
You may also exchange your item for another of equal or higher value by contacting our Customer Service team at contact@echjewelry.com
or via WhatsApp at +34 663 28 62 92 within the same 14-day period (except for engraved or personalized pieces).
If the new item is of greater value, the price difference must be paid through the payment methods provided by ECH Jewelry. A secure payment link will be sent to you by email to complete the transaction.

Online Return Process

Return Conditions:

  • Items showing any signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
  • The return must include the original purchase receipt, the authenticity and warranty card, and the original packaging.
  • Personalized items (engraved, resized, or otherwise customized pieces) cannot be returned unless they are defective due to a manufacturing error.

How to Request a Return:

  • Write to contact@echjewelry.com or send a WhatsApp message to +34 663 28 62 92.
  • Include your order number (available in your confirmation email or under “Orders”) and specify the reason for your return.
  • Our team will confirm your request in writing and arrange collection through our authorized courier service.

Preparing Your Package:

  • Place the jewelry in its original packaging.
  • Insert it into a secure shipping box along with the original purchase receipt and authenticity card.
  • Seal the box carefully and attach the return label to the exterior.

Do not send items using only their branded jewelry box as shipping packaging. Due to the nature of our pieces, all returns must be shipped discreetly and securely.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of manufacturing defects or order errors.
  • All returned items are subject to quality inspection.

If the returned item meets the conditions above, your refund will be processed within 14 business days from the date of receipt.
If the item does not meet these conditions, it will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Exchanges, Returns, and Refunds for Gifted Items

  • Exchanges: You may exchange the gifted piece if it is returned in perfect condition. A store credit voucher will be issued to place a new order. This voucher is valid for 12 months (non-extendable) from the date of issue and subject to the applicable terms of use.
  • Returns: Returns of gifted items will be compensated with a credit for future purchases on our website, valid for 12 months.

Please note: the gift recipient is not entitled to a monetary refund. Only the original purchaser may receive a refund to the original payment method.
