These Terms and Conditions of Purchase govern the acquisition of items through the website https://echjewelry.com (hereinafter, the “Website”), owned by ELENA CHERNYAVSKAYA S.L., operating under the trade name ECH Jewelry.

Access to the Website confers the status of User and entails full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Purchase, as well as the Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy and Legal Notice.

2. USE OF THE WEBSITE

The User undertakes to use the Website lawfully, respectfully and in accordance with applicable legislation.
It is prohibited to place false or fraudulent orders, damage systems or infringe the rights of third parties.

3. REGISTRATION AND SECURITY

To place an order, registration may be required, providing accurate and up-to-date information.
Passwords are personal and non-transferable. Any misuse must be reported immediately to ECH Jewelry.

4. ORDERS

To place an order you must follow the online purchase process and accept these Terms and Conditions.
After confirming the order, you will receive a confirmation email.
All orders are subject to product availability.

5. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices displayed on the Website include VAT and are expressed in euros (€).
Shipping costs are detailed prior to order confirmation.

Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card, PayPal, bank transfer, and installment payments with Alma.
Invoices are issued electronically unless the customer requests otherwise.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

ECH Jewelry currently ships exclusively within the European Union.
No shipments are made outside this territory.

Each ECH Jewelry piece is prepared with the utmost care:

• Items in stock: estimated delivery within 7 calendar days from order confirmation.
• Pre-order items: estimated delivery within 50 calendar days, as they are handcrafted and made exclusively to order.

Delivery will be deemed completed when you or an authorized third party take physical possession of the items. In case of absence, the courier will contact you to coordinate delivery.

7. RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Right of withdrawal: you may return your order within 14 calendar days of receipt, without the need for justification.

Items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, with their original packaging and certificate of authenticity.

• Refunds will be made using the same payment method within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
• Return costs shall be borne by the customer, except in the case of manufacturing defects or shipping errors.
• The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized items or to sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once unsealed.

8. WARRANTY

All ECH Jewelry creations are covered by the legal warranty in force in Spain and the European Union.

• The warranty period is two (2) years from the date of delivery of the product, in accordance with applicable regulations.
• In the event of a manufacturing defect, our expert team will assess the piece to confirm the origin of the defect.
• Once validated, we will proceed—where appropriate—to repair or replace the item at no additional cost to the customer.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, normal wear and tear, or accidental impacts.

The ECH Jewelry Certificate of Authenticity must be presented along with the piece.

9. LIABILITY

ECH Jewelry does not guarantee permanent availability of the Website and is not responsible for potential variations in the display of colors or measurements due to the artisanal nature of the pieces.

Nor is it responsible for the content or services of third parties linked from the Website.

10. FORCE MAJEURE

Compliance with obligations may be suspended in cases of force majeure (strikes, social unrest, natural disasters, supply issues, etc.). In such cases, the customer will be informed and may cancel the order with a right to a refund.
