Each creation on our website displays one of the following availability statuses:

    The piece is in stock and ready to ship. Estimated delivery time: within 7 calendar days.
  • “Pre-Order”
    The jewel will be crafted especially for you. Estimated delivery time: up to 50 calendar days.
  • “Contact our advisors”

ECH Jewelry Payment

Yes. All prices displayed on echjewelry.com include the applicable VAT.

Every order placed on echjewelry.com is fully secure. We use SSL encryption technology to protect your personal and payment information. ECH Jewelry does not store any banking data.

Additionally, all payments on our website are protected by the 3D Secure system for Visa, Mastercard, and American Express cards. This process adds an extra verification step to confirm the cardholder’s identity and validate the transaction.

Your invoice will be sent to you by email once your purchase has been confirmed. A printed copy will also be included in the parcel, addressed to the billing information you provided.

If your order is intended as a gift, the parcel will include a delivery note without any price details — ensuring discretion and elegance in the presentation.

The payment is processed at the time your order is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email immediately, serving as proof that your purchase has been successfully registered.

For security reasons and to ensure maximum protection for every transaction, each order must be processed using a single payment method.

Payment in several instalments without fees — ECH Jewelry

Payment in two, three, or four instalments with no additional fees is a service offered through our partner Alma, allowing clients to finance their online purchases securely using a bank card.

This service is available on the ECH Jewelry website for orders starting from €400 and up to a maximum amount of €2,400, with no extra cost to you.

At checkout, select the option “Pay in several instalments with Alma — interest-free” during the payment step.

  1. Choose your preferred plan (two, three, or four instalments).
  2. You will be redirected to Alma’s secure platform, where you can review a detailed summary of your financing request.
  3. Enter your personal details, review the pre-contractual information, and confirm your acceptance electronically.

Once the operation is validated, your payment will be automatically split according to the selected schedule.

ECH Jewelry Warranty

Yes. All ECH Jewelry creations are covered by the legal warranty in force in Spain and throughout the European Union. This protection reflects our commitment to excellence and the confidence we place in our craftsmanship.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects, possible issues with stone settings, and the loss of diamonds or gemstones when caused by a production fault.

Each case is carefully assessed by our master jewelers in authorized workshops. Only after this expert evaluation is it confirmed whether the issue qualifies under the warranty.

The warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper or abusive use, including:

  • accidents or external impacts;
  • normal wear and tear of the product;
  • any interventions or repairs carried out outside ECH Jewelry authorized workshops.

The warranty is valid for the period established by the legal warranty in force in Spain and throughout the European Union.

We will ask you to send us photos of the piece and, if necessary, guide you through the process of sending it securely to our workshops for technical inspection.

All repairs are performed exclusively in ECH Jewelry certified and authorized workshops to ensure that each intervention upholds the brand’s quality standards.

The warranty coverage is valid throughout the European Union.

ECH JEWELRY DELIVERY AND RETURNS

ECH Jewelry Delivery

Each ECH Jewelry creation is presented in its original case, carefully protected in secure and discreet packaging. Orders are shipped in a plain box with no visible brand references, ensuring confidentiality and safety at all times. Delivery is always made in person by our carrier to the specified address and requires the recipient’s signature.

ECH Jewelry ships to multiple destinations under the following conditions:

  • Spain (Mainland): free shipping.
  • European Union: free shipping to all EU territories.
  • Special territories: regions such as the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla are subject to specific customs regulations that may require additional declarations and the payment of duties and taxes.
  • International orders (outside the EU): ECH Jewelry does not cover customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These charges depend solely on local regulations.

Yes. Once your purchase is confirmed, you will receive the invoice by email showing the corresponding amount.

If you select the “Gift” option, the parcel will include only a delivery note without prices, ensuring discretion in the presentation.

For security and confidentiality reasons, ECH Jewelry does not ship to P.O. boxes or mailboxes. All deliveries are made in person and require the recipient’s signature for confirmation.

Each order can be processed with only one delivery address. If you wish to send jewelry to different destinations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Returns and exchanges must always be made with the jewel unused, in its original case, and accompanied by its certificate of authenticity and the invoice.

  • Return and refund
    You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. After passing quality control, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • Product exchange
    You may request an exchange within the same 14-day period. To do so, the jewel must first be returned, and once the return is accepted, a new order can be placed.

If upon receiving your order you notice that the package is damaged, please note this on the delivery slip before signing.

In such cases, ECH Jewelry will cover all costs related to the return and replacement of the jewel, ensuring a fast, secure, and confidential process.

Yes. If the jewel does not meet the recipient’s expectations, a return or exchange can be arranged within 14 calendar days of receipt.

  • Exchange: the recipient may select another creation of equal or higher value, paying the difference if applicable.
  • Return: a store credit will be issued for the value of the jewel, valid for 12 months toward future purchases on our website.

Important note: the recipient of the gift cannot receive a cash refund. This right belongs exclusively to the original purchaser.

Yes. Customized, engraved, or modified pieces cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the event of a manufacturing defect.
