Exchanges and returns

At ECH JEWELRY  we offer you the chance to return your purchase within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the delivery of the order.

To be able to pick up the product you would like to return, you should send an email to web@echjewelry.com with the order number, full address (where your order will be collected) and phone number. Our Customer Care team will contact you back in order to arrange the return.

It is important that your products are in the same condition as they were delivered, with the original instructions, documentation, accessories, packaging and labelling being preserved. Along with the returned items we need you to include the proof of purchase, your name, address (specifying this is a return in the package) and a phone number to contact you if there is any problem with your return.

Returned items will be carefully inspected. Once they are verified to be in perfect condition we shall refund the corresponding amount. The refund will be carried out as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days of receipt of the article. Please keep in mind that we cannot take into account the shipping costs for your initial order in the refund.

Due to the handcrafted process carried out on each of our pieces it is possible that some of the colours or shapes of the articles may vary slightly in relation to the pictures displayed on our website. If you want to change the size or colour of the article, you will need to complete a new order, processing the return of your previous order and requesting a refund of its amount.
